A: Yes! Every piece of fashion jewellery and every accessory at Urban Charm is handmade. This means no two pieces are exactly identical, giving you a truly unique item that reflects individual craftsmanship and care. This artisanal process is where the “charm” in Urban Charm comes from.
Q: What materials are used in your Fashion Jewellery?
A: We use a variety of quality materials, including plated metals (gold, silver, bronze), natural stones, ethically sourced beads, high-grade resin, and durable cord/leather for our popular Bracelets and accessories. All materials are clearly listed on the individual product page.
Q: Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
A: While we strive to use high-quality materials, our fashion jewellery is not certified hypoallergenic unless explicitly stated in the product description. If you have sensitive skin, please refer carefully to the material breakdown on the product page before purchase.

Q: How do I find the correct size for a bracelet or necklace?
A: We provide a comprehensive sizing guide on our website (link to Sizing Guide page). For Bracelets, we list the approximate inner circumference or length. For necklaces, chain lengths are specified. If you require a minor adjustment, please contact us before placing your order.
Q: Do you accept custom orders or modifications?
A: Due to the nature of our handmade jewellery production, we can sometimes accommodate simple modifications (like changing a chain length). Full custom design is not generally offered, but feel free to email us with your request, and we will let you know what is possible.

Q: Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
A: We currently ship to all major centres and regional areas across South Africa. Our typical dispatch time is 1-2 business days, plus courier transit time.
Major Cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Regional Areas: 4–7 business days after dispatch. (Note: Please specify your actual shipping times and services here).
How much is shipping?
A: We offer affordable flat-rate shipping cost of R59 across South Africa using Pudo Locker-to-Locker Courier Service, and free shipping is offered on all orders over R495. All orders include a tracking number provided upon dispatch.

Q: What is your returns or exchange policy?
A: We want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind, you can return your item in its original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund (minus shipping costs).
